Training and development

Emphasis is placed on safety and HIV awareness training with individual skills training undertaken as required. In due course, a review of competency will be conducted at all levels and for most positions within the Group, after which it will be possible to target training spend to improve competency requirements within the Group. The Group will drive a “back to basics” approach, particularly aimed at enhancing performance by means of effective management and supervisory practice.

Wellness and HIV/Aids

Employees are required to attend HIV/Aids awareness training.
