Sean J Flanagan (51) – Chief Executive Officer BSc (Building) Sean joined Erbacon as Group Chief Executive Officer on 1 June 2010, having left the Murray & Roberts Group after an illustrious and varied career spanning 20 years, during which he served as a member of the Murray & Roberts Executive Committee and as Executive Director of the JSE listed Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited from 2004. Sean is recognised throughout the construction industry and has 28 years' industry-specific experience derived from setting of Group companies’ strategies, arranging and leading mergers and acquisitions, and taking executive responsibility for a large portfolio of business and major projects including the Gautrain Rapid Rail and Greenpoint Stadium Projects. |

David Boyd Erskine (57) BSc (Civil Engineering), Pr Eng In 1987, Dave started Erbacon Construction as one of three founding members, after completing stints with the Department of Water Affairs and Grinaker (1981). The company grew rapidly and, in 1991, premises were acquired in Glen Anil, Durban. Following the appointment of Sean Flanagan as Chief Executive Officer on 1 June 2010 and the merger of the civils businesses Erbacon and Civcon, Dave elected to focus his attention on managing the civils operations in KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape. Dave became a director of Erbacon in August 2007. |

Robin Kevin Braithwaite (56) – Group Finance Director BCom, BAcc, CA (SA) Rob qualified as a chartered accountant in 1984 and served articles with Ernst and Young. After a two-year term with John Holland Construction in Australia, and then Corobrik in Durban, Rob spent nearly a decade with the contracting and engineering companies of the Dorbyl Limited Group, as financial director. The following eleven years of his financial career were spent in the manufacturing sector and with the Dunlop Group in particular. Rob joined Erbacon as Group Finance Director in February 2008. |

Charles Henry Alan Ramsay (60) BSc (Civil Engineering), FSAICE Charles graduated in 1974 and has worked in the construction industry for 36 years. Prior to his current position as an executive director of Erbacon, Charles was a director of Civcon. He was an executive director of Group Five Civils (Pty) Limited as well as the managing director of Goldstein Coastal (Pty) Limited. He also served as managing director of WK Construction (Pty) Limited for 11 years. Charles is a former chairman of the KwaZulu- Natal region of the SA Federation of Civil Engineering Contractors. Charles became a director of Erbacon in January 2010. |

Alexis Hertzog Henning (57) BSc (QS) Lex has 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has been managing Civcon since 1994. He is responsible for building the company up from a R10 million revenue a year company, employing 70 staff members, to a R600 million plus multifaceted business employing in excess of 2 000 employees. Lex became a director of Erbacon in January 2010. |

Coenie Vermaak (37) - Managing Director NDIP Civil Engineering (Cum Laude) Coenie Vermaak has over fifteen years’ experience in the Civil Engineering Industry at an operational and corporate level. He held director’s positions in Basil Read, Murray & Roberts Construction and was recently been appointed as the Managing Director of Civcontract (Pty) Ltd (Civcon) and an executive director of Erbacon Holdings Limited. Coenie has extensive experience in industrial civil engineering, roads and bridge construction, opencast mining and commercial building work in South Africa and the SADC region. This includes the management of major projects. A position he held until recently was that of Project Director for the main civil works contract on Medupi, a project valued at almost R 8.0 billion employing some 4,800 people. In addition he has been involved in establishing BEE businesses and has been instrumental in the development of strategic partnerships with these organisations. Having worked at an international level with organisations such as Bougues SA, Coenie has gained the experience and knowledge of the inner workings of major corporations at an international level. The combination of operational and organisational knowledge and experience provides Coenie with the ability to lead Civcon going forward. |

Rod Burn (58) – Organisational Performance Executive Rod has worked in various industries, including food production, motor retail, manufacturing banking and civil construction. His specialist skill revolves around improving the performance of the whole organisation. |

Diane Godfrey (45) – Group Company Secretary Diane has been practising as a Company Secretary since 2007, having worked her way through the ranks of Assistant Company Secretary over a number of years with the Dunlop Group. Diane graduated and registered as a Fellow member of ICSA in 2008. She joined Erbacon in March 2010. |
